Abstract

The effects of environmental stress on developmental phenotypes allows us to observe the adaptive capacity of various genotypes. This study examines developmental plasticity in C. elegans using L1 starvation, analyzing how different genetic mutants respond to deprivation across generations using statistical modeling techniques like Kernel Density Estimation and Area Under the Curve analysis.
